DEFINITION

AFFILIATION DEFINITION

Affiliates are individual parties who become RANSWIN partners under the RANSWIN Affiliate program.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM DEFINITION

The Affiliate Program is a collaboration between RANSWIN and individuals, in which the individual markets RANSWIN Products (Online & Offline) to get active members and RANSWIN will provide compensation with profit sharing in the form of Commissions.

COMMISSION DEFINITION

The commission is a net profit sharing whose percentage is calculated based on the company’s net profit or the loss of the member you refer. Active Member Minimum Requirements are enforced in accordance with the Commission Percentage listed in the table above. Commissions are paid MONTHLY with a minimum commission payment of IDRK 500. If the affiliate has not succeeded in reaching the minimum amount set for a certain month, then the amount of his income will be carried forward to the next calendar month, until the minimum amount is reached.

DEFINITION OF AFFILIATE INCOME

Affiliate income is obtained from commissions that are paid monthly.

ACTIVE MEMBER DEFINITION

Active Members are players who make a minimum of 100 IDRK Valid turnover in 1 month.

NET PROFIT DEFINITION

Net profit is calculated as all the company’s gross profits or losses for your members, minus the following expenses:
1. Your Member Rebate Fee
Rebate costs are costs incurred as a result of bets made by your Members on the products available at RANSWIN.
2. Player Bonus/Promotion Costs
Promotion costs are costs incurred as a result of promotions from RANSWIN that are claimed by your Members while playing at RANSWIN.
3. Platform Fee
The amount of the platform fee is 10% of your total Company Gross Profit or Player Gross Loss
4. Transaction Cost
The amount of the transaction Cost is 1% of your total deposit and withdraw amount of your players

PAYMENT METHOD

COMMISSION PAYMENT METHODS

1. The commission will be paid via bank transfer as specified on the RANSWIN website. RANSWIN has the right to choose the appropriate payment method to pay affiliate commissions if the specified payment method is no longer available in RANSWIN’s services.

2. Affiliate commission payments in the current month will be made no later than 7 working days in the following month.

3. If the company suffers a loss, the Affiliate will experience a negative commission balance. The negative balance will be carried over to the following month.

4. RANSWIN has the right to change or modify the amount of the Percentage and the requirements for the Monthly Commission.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By submitting and continuing to register to become an affiliate, you have agreed to all terms and conditions in the RANSWIN affiliate program. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you can cancel the registration. If you have any questions regarding the RW affiliate program, please contact your affiliate account manager.

2. You are over 18 years of age or generally of the law as determined by law regarding legal age.

3. You will only post content on your Affiliate Site (related to your actions as an affiliate under this Agreement) that is pre-approved by RANSWIN. Any content deemed inappropriate is RANSWIN’s absolute decision and will result in termination of this Agreement.

4. We will terminate this Agreement immediately if there is any form of spamming on your behalf or if you discredit RANSWIN or the Company through false advertising, writing or speech.

5. Do not make any claims, representations or warranties in relation to RANSWIN and you are not authorized to and may not attribute RANSWIN, the Company or the Company Group to any liability whatsoever.

6. You are prohibited from playing on any of the Sites promoted by RANSWIN through your own affiliate link or from the affiliate link of an associated company that shares all or part of its commissions with you or a third party. In case of violation of these terms, RANSWIN has the right to cancel all games and remove commissions obtained from the game and stop your registration as an affiliate and this Agreement, as well as cancellation of any future games on the RANSWIN site.

7. RANSWIN does not guarantee or represent that your participation in this Program (or by your Customers on the Site) is valid in the jurisdiction of your (or Customer’s) place of residence or citizenship. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

8. After reading the terms and conditions, and stating this in the affiliate registration form, you agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this document. RANSWIN has the right to withhold payment from any affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of RANSWIN.

Afiliasi adalah pihak perorangan yang menjadi mitra kerja RANSWIN di bawah program Afiliasi RANSWIN.

DEFINISI PROGRAM AFILIASI

Program Afiliasi adalah kerja sama antara RANSWIN dan perorangan, di mana perorangan tersebut memasarkan Produk RANSWIN (secara Online & Offline) untuk mendapatkan member aktif dan RANSWIN akan memberikan kompensasi dengan pembagian keuntungan berupa Komisi.

DEFINISI KOMISI

Komisi ada pembagian keuntungan bersih yang persentasenya dihitung berdasarkan keuntungan bersih perusahaan atau kekalahan member yang Anda referensikan. Persyaratan Minimal Member Aktif diberlakukan sesuai dengan Persentase Komisi yang tercantum pada Tabel di atas. Komisi dibayarkan secara BULANAN dengan Minimal pembayaran komisi adalah IDRK 500. Jika afiliasi belum berhasil mencapai jumlah minimal yang ditetapkan pada bulan tertentu, maka jumlah penghasilannya akan diteruskan ke bulan kalender berikutnya, hingga jumlah minimal tercapai.

DEFINISI PENGHASILAN AFILIASI

Penghasilan Afiliasi didapat dari Komisi yang dibayarkan secara Bulanan.

DEFINISI MEMBER AKTIF

Member Aktif adalah pemain dengan turnover valid minimal 100 IDRK dalam 1 bulan.

DEFINISI KEUNTUNGAN BERSIH

Keuntungan Bersih dihitung dari Semua keuntungan kotor perusahaan atau kekalahan member Anda, dikurangi beban biaya berikut:
1. Biaya Rebate Member Anda
Biaya rebate adalah biaya yang timbul akibat taruhan yang dilakukan oleh Member Anda pada produk yang tersedia di RANSWIN. Persentase bonus rebate berbeda pada setiap produk.
2. Biaya Bonus/ Promosi Pemain
Biaya promosi adalah biaya yang timbul akibat promosi dari RANSWIN yang diklaim oleh Member Anda selama bermain di RANSWIN.
3. Biaya layanan Jumlah biaya layanan adalah 10% dari total keuntungan perusahaan atau kerugian pemain anda.
4. Biaya Transaksi Biaya transaksi adalah 1% dari total deposit dan penarikan pemain Anda.

4. RANSWIN berhak mengubah atau memodifikasi besarnya Persentase dan persyaratan Komisi Bulanan.

Program afiliasi RANSWIN adalah sebuah program kerjasama dimana Anda dapat memperoleh komisi berdasarkan keuntungan yang diperoleh perusahaan dari aktifitas taruhan pemain yang Anda bawa. Setelah Anda berhasil mengisi formulir pendaftaran, tim kami akan memeriksa kebenaran dan validitas data yang telah Anda berikan selama paling lambat 3 hari kerja. Pada dasarnya sebagai mitra kerja RANSWIN, Anda diwajibkan untuk memasarkan website RANSWIN beserta produk di dalamnya melalui media apapun yang bisa Anda gunakan dan sebagai imbal hasilnya Anda akan mendapatkan komisi atas bagian keuntungan dari perusahaan. Untuk memasarkan RANSWIN beserta produk di dalamnya, Anda akan diberikan satu link khusus dari kami yang bisa Anda bagikan melalui, tetapi tidak hanya terbatas pada teman, media sosial, website, blogspot, dan/atau media lainnya selama cara pemasaran yang Anda gunakan tidak melanggar ketentuan perusahaan. Sebagian keuntungan yang didapatkan perusahaan selama 1 (satu) bulan yang bersumber dari link yang telah Anda bagikan akan menjadi komisi Anda dan dibayarkan pada awal bulan berikutnya.

4. Bagaimana jika saya memiliki lebih dari satu website untuk pemasaran?

Jika Anda memiliki beberapa website, Anda hanya perlu mendaftar sekali saja dalam Program Afiliasi RANSWIN dan menggunakan akun afiliasi yang sama untuk semua website yang Anda miliki. Anda akan dapat mengatur kode tracking yang terpisah untuk setiap website Anda sehingga Anda dapat membandingkan performa dari masing-masing website.

5. Apakah Afiliasi bisa menjadi pemain?

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN

1. Dengan mengajukan dan melanjutkan pendaftaran untuk menjadi afiliasi, Anda telah menyetujui seluruh syarat dan ketentuan dalam program afiliasi RANSWIN. Jika Anda tidak menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan, Anda bisa membatalkan pendaftaran. Apabila Anda memiliki pertanyaan terkait program afiliasi RW, mohon hubungi manajer akun afiliasi Anda.

2. Anda telah berusia 18 tahun ke atas atau secara umum dari hukum yang ditentukan oleh undang-undang terkait usia legal.

3. Anda hanya akan memunculkan konten di Situs Afiliasi Anda (berkaitan dengan tindakan Anda sebagai afiliasi berdasarkan Perjanjian ini) yang disetujui di awal oleh RANSWIN. Setiap konten yang dianggap tidak sesuai adalah keputusan mutlak RANSWIN dan akan mengakibatkan pemutusan Perjanjian ini.

4. Kami akan mengakhiri Perjanjian ini dengan segera jika ada bentuk spamming atas nama Anda atau jika Anda mendiskreditkan RANSWIN atau Perusahaan melalui iklan palsu, tulisan atau ucapan.

5. Jangan membuat klaim, pernyataan, atau garansi sehubungan dengan RANSWIN dan Anda tidak memiliki wewenang untuk dan tidak boleh mengaitkan RANSWIN, Perusahaan atau Grup Perusahaan dengan kewajiban apapun.

6. Anda dilarang bermain di salah satu Situs yang dipromosikan RANSWIN melalui link afiliasi Anda sendiri atau dari link afiliasi perusahaan yang terasosiasi yang berbagi seluruh atau sebagian komisinya dengan Anda atau pihak ketiga. Dalam hal pelanggaran ketentuan ini, RANSWIN berhak membatalkan semua permainan dan menghapus komisi yang diperoleh berlaku dari permainan tersebut dan menghentikan pendaftaran Anda sebagai afiliasi dan Perjanjian ini, serta pembatalan permainan apapun di masa depan pada situs RANSWIN.

7. RANSWIN tidak menjamin atau menyatakan bahwa partisipasi Anda dalam Program ini (atau oleh Pelanggan anda di Situs) adalah sah dalam yurisdiksi tempat tinggal atau kewarganegaraan Anda (atau Pelanggan). Ini akan menjadi tanggung jawab Anda untuk memastikan kepatuhan pada hukum yang berlaku.

8. Setelah membaca persyaratan dan ketentuan, dan menyatakan hal tersebut dalam formulir pendaftaran afiliasi, Anda menyetujui semua persyaratan dan ketentuan yang dimuat dalam dokumen ini. RANSWIN berhak menahan pembayaran dari afiliasi manapun yang melanggar persyaratan dan ketentuan RANSWIN.
